Mary Jane is the Chocolate Studio’s trainee and student chef who joined us at the beginning of 2008 through the JMC Corporate Social Investment programme. 

MJ (as she is more commonly referred to) started with the basics of pastry and chocolate work and has proved to be an invaluable member of the team.  Her role at the studio is to ensure that all the workshops are run smoothly from set up to break down and that the studio is in good working order. 

MJ works at the studio four times a week and attends a City and Guilds certified diploma at Capsicum Culinary Studio.  MJ loves learning new things and experimenting with different recipes and describes the studio as her home away from home.
